Each voucher corresponds to one individual participant for the experience.
The experience offered requires a minimum of two participants to proceed.
Not to be used in conjunction with any existing promotional rate.
The voucher is transferable and can be used as a gift.
In event of unforseen weather circumstances, the experience may be rescheduled at the discretion of Maya Ubud Resort & Spa.

Validity:

This voucher is valid for 120 days from date of purchase. The expiry date is also stated on the voucher.

Redemption Procedure:

For reservations - please email leisure@mayaubud.com or reach us via Whatsapp at: +62 823-3934-1238.
One week advance reservation is required and is subject to availability.
Present e-voucher upon making reservation otherwise, vouchers are not valid.
If cancellation occurs within 12 hours prior to the reserved time, the voucher will be considered redeemed and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
